Turn your Fursona into an adorable mini plush! Each plush is individually handmade and hand-sewn, with custom printed patterns created specifically based on your character design.
How to Order
After you place your order, we will contact you by email to collect your Fursona reference, so please make sure the email address used at checkout is one that you check regularly.
You may also send your Fursona reference directly to meemonster01@gmail.com. Please include your order number in the email so we can match your reference to your order.
For characters with complex markings or different designs on each side, we highly recommend providing multiple views so we can better understand your character.
From 2D Design to a Real Plush
Please keep in mind that we are transforming your 2D Fursona artwork into a physical 3D plush.
Due to the limitations of fabric, printing, sewing, size, and physical construction, certain small or highly complex details may not be possible to reproduce exactly as they appear in the original artwork.
When necessary, we may simplify, resize, reposition, or slightly adjust certain markings and design elements so they work properly on the finished plush and fit our chibi style.
These reasonable adaptations are a normal part of translating a 2D character into a physical handmade product and are not considered defects or quality issues.

Production Time
Estimated production time is approximately 3–4 weeks.
As every plush is individually customized and handmade, production time may vary slightly depending on the complexity of your Fursona.
Handmade Product Notice
Every plush is handmade rather than mass-produced. Minor differences in stitching, shape, symmetry, positioning, or other small details are normal characteristics of handmade products and are not considered quality defects.
The finished plush may also vary slightly from the original 2D reference due to the handmade production process.
Custom Order & Final Sale Policy
Because this is a personalized, made-to-order product created specifically from your Fursona, all custom plush orders are FINAL SALE.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons unrelated to product quality.
Reasonable simplification or adjustment of the original 2D design, minor handmade variations, slight differences in color or proportions, and other normal characteristics of handmade production are not considered quality issues.
By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree that your Fursona will be adapted into our chibi plush style and that some design adjustments may be necessary during the production process.

Open Edition: An ongoing series of artworks, with new design still being made. These might be numbered and can include custom, made-to-order works.

Approximate Process
Once purchased, you secure the right to reserve the production of this design.
After placing the order, we will send you an adoption email.
Initial Adjustments
We will proactively communicate with you if any issues arise. If necessary, we will reach out to discuss potential adjustments or compromises.
Production Timeline:
Once the deposit is paid, production will begin with an estimated time of 20-30 days.
Regarding Accuracy:
Please understand that due to the limited availability of fur fabric colors and differences between the design and actual body shape, the final costume may not perfectly match the design.
We will communicate with you during production to either substitute similar fabrics or suggest alternative solutions.
Regarding Modifications:
- During the production process, you may request up to two rounds of free modifications to the semi-finished product. Each round can include multiple changes. However, due to the specific nature of the character, modifications that deviate significantly from the original design may not be accepted.
- Once the patterning process begins, no further modifications to your commission will be accepted.
Open for Applications
We will periodically add new characters and update existing character profiles on Character Soup.
Each character has a set open application date and a deadline.
1. Adopting a Character
Under the direct adoption model, you can make a payment after the open application, and we will reserve the rights to use the character and create a fursuit based on that character for you.
2. Production and Modifications
We will proactively communicate with you if any issues arise. If necessary, we will contact the designer to see if reasonable compromises or modifications can be made.
After successful payment, you will receive an adoption email from us. Once we receive the deposit, your order will enter the production queue. The deposit is usually 50% of the total production cost.
3. Production Queue
During the queue, we will select furs and prepare materials for you.
If you request a refund during this time, we will assume you are forfeiting the adoption of the character. We will reserve the right to modify or resell the fursuit created for your commission. You will also lose ownership of the character design.
4. Completion of Production
Once the fursuit is completed, we will contact you for the remaining balance and shipping fees. Upon receiving the payment, we will ship the item to you.

Our studio offers both in-stock and pre-order items. For in-stock items, our processing time is 10-15 days. For made-to-order or pre-order items, the processing time is usually 10-20 business days or more. Some pre-order items may take over 2 months to produce.
International Shipping Time:
It depends on the shipping method you choose. The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 10-20 days, while DHL/FedEx estimated delivery time is 5-7 days.
